So just how close can an import "brand" get to Weber's packaging and get by with it? I got these non-OEM grates at a really good deal on Amazon, but I was pretty shocked when I opened the shipping box and thought for a minute that I had received a WEBER set. Have a look:

I would bet that these were made in the same factory where Weber has theirs made and that the factory company just appropriated the Weber packaging, slapping on their name in place of Weber.

It's amazing the Knockoffs these days. Just purchased 2 Milwaukee 6amp M12 batteries from ebay recently. They are a dead ringer for genuine Milwaukee but the weight and the stamped serial number gives it away.
Back they go...
