Howdy folks.
Been visiting this place for years and finally registered. It started with my WSM, you guys helped me with some mods and recipes.
Things were great until I suffered a heart attack back in 2011, almost did not make it, then no more barbeque for me. Well, at least at first. My doctor cannot see this, can he?
Admittedly, I have not used the WSM since. Just looked inside it yesterday - gross! Mold everywhere, probably headed for a dumpster after I strip the goodies off it.
Been using a Weber kettle grill for the past two years and love it. Getting pretty good at smoking with it, probably use it three to four times a week, even when it's snowing outside.
Just recently, with the help of this forum and you guys, I've upgraded the grill from a one touch silver to gold. Going to add a lid bale next, then I'll start working on a table/workstation.
You guys have been a huge help, figured it's time to start contributing.
