Gary Maines told me about this guy. Makes the best chicken he has ever had. I heard that he will also be making these soon using 55 gallon drums. I asked Gary if he could just do the same thing by using the WSM without the water pan, but he said it just wasn't the same. Can't beat the price. I might have to add a couple of these to my arsenal. I think I'll wait until I can get them made from 55 gallon drums. Gary said Bigwheel uses these all the time for chicken. Supposedly, they do really well for Pork Butts & Turkey too. I'm not sure how this smoker would work for brisket though. Here is the link to his site. I think his name is Steve Lancaster:
