So after being tempted by the .55/# brisket I have tons of left over brisket, and some pulled pork. Anyone got any tips on what do with all this meat? I wanna have more than just sandwiches for the next week /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
Thanks,

Scot,

Do you have a vacuum sealer? If so, vacuum the leftovers and freeze them, then reheat them slowly. Either that, or mail them to me!! /infopop/emoticons/icon_razz.gif

Yo Scot, Here is a link to a couple of recipes for leftover brisket I posted to you on Ray Basso's forum:
web page TheBBQForum.com

Hi Scott!

I use the majority of my leftover beef in Mexican recipes. Almost every Mexican dish can use this leftover brisket.

If you have not shredded it, I have also used in stir fry. If you have shredded, then use it in any recipe that calls for beef.

I vacuum seal all my leftovers in 1 pound units and use accordingly.

I had a similar question a while back, and "make Chili" was one of the popular answers. Check out the recipes in these threads in the Recipes section of the web site:

Chili 1

Chili 2

Chili 3

Also, doing a search for 'leftover' on the VWBB will probably turn up some more interesting ideas. Enjoy!
