Leftover brisket tacos/fajitas

Anybody else love these things? We are addicted to them.

Sliced the remaining flat and point we had from Thanksgiving, chopped it up, mixed with some taco seasoning, and man....I could eat these almost every night.

I'm not a cheese guy, I just like the tortilla, cilantro, lime juice, and plenty of sriracha/hot sauce and I'm in heaven.

Great way to use the leftover brisket besides chili.
 
I'm with you Mitch! First time I was just heating up some leftover brisket and I thought...hey I'll have a couple of tortillas with dinner...OMG. Now a staple. Try it with chuck...best tacos I have ever made....
