Same here - I love the no kneed bread recipe(s)... Some good variations.
 
I have the le creuset dufor 7 qt dutch oven. I love it the oval shape is nice for browning and cooking longer roasts like chuck eyes for pot roast. the design is to put ice in the top to promote condensation on the inside with little dimples in the inside of the top for droplets to form. Its a really neat design.

Got mine at one of the outlet malls they have dedicated le cruset stores that have blems and factory seconds. the only blem on mine was some overspray of the red outside paint otherwise perfect.

Cooks illustrated talks really highly of the Wal-Marts or Targets versions of dutch ovens as the value pick.
