Late Easter Dinner

Been a while since Ive posted here. Ended up doing a late Easter dinner this weekend as logistics for folks coming out of town didn't work till now. Pulled the WSM out and did three pork butts and three racks of ribs for the first cook this season. Despite the awful weather Friday night everything went off without a hitch

Besides the wind and rain in my neck of the woods in Ohio Friday night into Saturday. It was a perfect weekend to smoke. Hopefully I can smoke more soon as I got an itch that needs scratching now
