Put out a small spread last night for the fights, more variety than normal but had a pile of people coming over and had to keep them all happy!
Pulled pork, Spares, Meatballs with bacon, ABT'S, Shrimp and Spinach Salad, Herb Salad, Mac and Cheese and good amount of scotch!
Pretty straight forward cook but if there's any questions ask away!
The pork shoulder was incredible, wrapped in fat and very well marbled, didn't trim any of it.

Pulled, a bad picture but it was very good
Ribs out of the cooker, not the best effort, glaze was too sweet and too much of it, plus they were over cooked. Still dissapeared though!

Meatballs laced with bacon
Lots of wind and rain for this cook, the dog wanted inside as fast as possible!
