Last Minute 4th

Since it was just the two of us, I had decided on hot dogs and burgers. My wife then said let's stop at the local store for some things. As the say, never shop while you're hungry.

Started with the appetizer on the SJS...

We also grabbed two Rib Eyes. Tried boneless this time...

Added a light rub compliments of Mike McGrath from the Weber Charcoal Grilling book.

As usual, I had help...

They turned out pretty good...

Then did a quick batch of asparagus with the tarragon butter sauce.I really like this and it's easy....

Here's hoping everyone had a great 4th........
