Lamb lovers, who’s down for trying this?

I’m feeling very motivated after watching this. And I think my local Arabic market will have the full rib rack.

Anyone else think they would try/do this?
 
You never cease to amaze me! I still haven’t done the ground lamb kebabs I want to try!
I’ve been out of home all July between vacation and family matters. I’m looking forward to getting back home to sleep in my own bed and cook some good food.

This cook looks epic.

Now get a crackin and make those kebabs!
 
Wow that does look tasty! Wonder what he put on them?
His looked plain. But here’s a kabob recipe that I’ve cooked a similar style of before and the the flavors were great.
