I'm sorry, but it seems that the link to the picture is broken.
I suppose the reason is that the picture is on your local hard drive. You need to upload the picture to the internet. Seems to me that many members prefer picasa at the moment.
If you want to store the pic locally, you'll need to install a webserver on your computer, and that is not neccesary just to post pictures.
