Kruger Ribs

I hope you're on today, Kevin. I decided against the BRITU and went with your method and rub on the spares today.

One question, when you foil, you mention the pineapple juice, tamarind water in a 5 to 1 blend respectively.

How do you apply? Spray bottle?

I'm guessing I'm late here--got some ribs on myself. I just pour the juice mix over the ribs once they're on the foil then wrap them up. About 1/4-1/3 c juice.

Hope yours turn out well. I'm just fixing to foil now.
 
Kevin, do you always foil your ribs? And here all of this time I thought you were a put it in and leave it alone kind of guy.

Well, I am a mostly put it in and leave it alone type of guy. But I have gotten so that I much prefer the foil approach for ribs. Last night I cooked ribs--rubbed them with a new rub, foiled them with pineapple and tamarind (upped the tamarind in the mix as, coincidentally, Chris did too), made a thin pineapple glaze (not a usual thing for me), made a new sauce, and started dinner with a new salad. It was a great dinner.
