I saw this the other day at Costco's for some reason its coming up as $849 it was $699 I am almost positive at my store. Interesting is that my store does not carry Weber Gas Grills anymore they had one in there a few months ago but its gone only KitchenAid is available for Gas Grills and Traeger for Pellet grills.
Burners are 304, the lid is 304 with cast aluminum sides, grates are 304 wrapped whatever that means although the spacing may not pass Larry's approval but in my climate I have no use for Porcelain Grates. I believe the firebox sides were aluminum also really liked what they did with the propane tank its on a shelf that has ball bearing rollers to slide the propane tank out to replace my back is not what it used to be this would seem easier than lifting the tank and reaching in to replace. I have a KitchenAid dishwasher that I bought a few years ago it is good quality so guessing this would be also.
Decent warranty on the burners at 10 years the rest did not pay attention to includes a cover and of course you got Costco backing it up if you hate it. For those who may go to Nat Gas down the road they offer a kit to convert from Propane what it costs no idea but at least they offer it. I have a Silver C so doing some spring cleaning on that so no need for it but it does seem to be a decent option for someone in the market for a new gas grill without spending 1000 bucks or whatever the one thing about KitchenAid and I may be wrong but my guess if you need parts knowing KitchenAids reputation you should be able to find them down the road I think.
