Hey all you Canucks, in the Toronto area.
Any idea where I can get Kingsford in the Fall and Winter? Everyone here speaks so highly of its reliability for new owners I want to run with that for my first few cooks. Any where have a good deal on it?
I got my WSM late and most places outside Barbecues Galore no longer stock charcoal. And all they have is lump.
Don't they know barbecue has no season!!!!!

Kingsford is reliable and easily measured, so it's easy to outline a definate procedure for recipes and tips.
Any charcoal will work, jsut fill it up and get it burning and the meat will tell you when it's done.

Hey fellow cunuck. I use lump in my wsm exclusively. Love it. I bought some orange tree lump fr a store in vaughn ontario by the bass pro shop. I can't remember the name of the store but they have a wide selection of lump and fruit woods. They evan had pecan chunks and thats hard to find in Canada. Good luck lookin for fuel.
