I called my nearby Lowe's & asked about their price. She walked to the 20# twins & said $19.99, regular price.

No I don't. I saw that it was on sale via a thread in the BBQ Brethern forum. It could be that it's one of those regional things?

Seems a local sale price, not national. Here is still 19.99.

I went to Lowes this morning -- no sale! The twin packs (20 pound bags) were being sold for $19.99. The single 16 pound bags were being sold for $11.99
