Spectacular Jim, that looks awesome. Did rib chops tonight as well, no pics, worked all day then grilled with a flashlight tucked between my shoulder and chin but if you can get your hands on wasabi terriyaki marinade, same company that makes " soy vay". Anyway marinated 2 rib chops in the wasabi terriyaki about 16 hours, seared quick then finished indirect, WOW, for some reason ignored grilling pork lately, even though been smoking a lot of it. Won't make that mistake again. Long story short, (I know too late, awesome post).

I love lemon and garlic on chops or lemon and pepper or lemon and just about any herb you can think of. Fantastic looking meal Jim.
