K Keith V New member May 28, 2007 #1 Finished my Midnight Brisket at 9:30 this morning, then found out we aren't eating till 6:00 tonight. I have had it foiled in the ice chest for 3.5 hours with about 5 hours to go). Should I leave it, put it in the oven, put it in the fridge? Thanks!
