Made a 7.5 lb butt and some sausages. I really love the "low maintenance" of the cook. Coming from an old (very leaky) offset, it's like night and day.

Thanks folks,
If I have anything to say about it, it wont be shiny for long
This makes it so much easier to smoke, I'm definitely going to use it way more than my old offset.
