Just keep cooking with the slow n sear

Yeah, I love the slow and sear. I just keep using it and getting sparitic photos. Did some Italian seasoning chicken (didn't get any pics). Then I found this prime ribeye on sale for $18. Carne Crosta on the steak and some bbq chicken for some of the fam.

Then my wife picked me up a prime London Broil, but my daughter asked for chicken pieces so I use both grills, how cool!

Looks good!! Glad you like the SNS. Now I want a steak! But… I have a bunch of chicken marinating for tomorrow. Kebabs and Brussels I think.🤔
