Honestly even if it could. Right now it would be a no go. Just don't want a coal burner on an elevated wood deck. And honestly don't think it would bring that much as most would not see the value of the beast. Plus there are a lot of faults I put up with. There are no igniters I have to manual light the burners one by one, even the IR burner's rotary igniter doesn't work so I just use a stick lighter. No bells or whistles on it either not even a hood thermometer.
If I had a ground level deck or a concrete patio then a coal burner would be considered.
 
Makes sense Larry. I enjoy having choices for outdoor cooking and in my case the WSK and the BGE are my favorites.

Everyone has different constraints that take some options off the table, and everyone has their own favorites. I'm happy to read your pellet smoker/grills have upped your game.
