IF you dont mind me asking, how did you make the poppers.

I usually make them different every time. This time I cut the stem off and made a slit down the pepper to take the seeds out. Sometimes I just cut em in half depending on how much bacon I got. For the filling I used shredded cheddar mixed with cream cheese. I took a pack of the cheapest bacon I could find and cut it in half. Wrapped it a piece on each of the cheese filled peppers and put em on till the bacon was crispy.
