How is a flat iron steak different from a flank steak? They look the same. Is one tougher? Which has a better flavor?

Skirt
Flank
Flat Iron

I think the Iron is from the sirloin.

Maybe Mr. Kruger or another pro will chime in.

I know all my taster's agree the Iron ROCKS!
