I've been really busy recently,so I haven't been cooking out as much as I like. And I also haven't been getting as many pics of my cooks. I know,my bad!
This is a tri tip that I did a couple of weeks ago. Everything else was done,but but the tri was still rare/raw,so I butteryflied it. It actually came out really good!
Our aniversary was last weekend,so I grilled some really nice pork chops!
These were done the ROTW method,with a nice balsamic vinegar reduction and some salt taters.
Yesterday,I was wanting some paella,but was over ruled by SWMBO. But I did get to cook some fish tacos! I made some guacamole and some salsa with fire roasted veggies!
Really good with the charred avacadoes and tomatoes. Then,on to some cod,seasoned with salt,pepper,ancho chile powder and a dash of cumin.
Sorry,no finished photo,but there were lots of compliments and no leftovers!
