Juniper smoked Pork Tenderloin.


 
So sorry for the late response! The whole family have been sick the past week. High fever low on energy.

Been looking at all the posts during this week but dident have the energy to respond. And now im up to 2 pages of great food that i havent made any comments about. And i dont wanna choose one above the others. EXELLENT COOKING To everyone!

Gary H. NJ: Looking at the easter juniper that you linked and i can confirm its not the same.
Juniperus communis is the one i used. And the most common one around here.
