July 4th cook

Did a small get toghether for the 4th at my dads. I tossed a couple pork butts on the pellet smoker the night before. Let them go for about 6 hours overnight before wrapping them up them in foil. Forgot to grab a picture of the spread but we had mac and cheese, German potato salad, cucumbers and onions in a sour cream sauce, Carolina mustard style beans to go along with the pulled pork
