Hi folks, been grilling on a Weber Summit for a number of years. Just bought a Performer and got the smoking bug. Been experimenting with Royal Oak lump and Kingsford Competition so far and having a great time. Hoping to learn some great stuff from the good people on this forum! I've already dug up a few nuggets just from doing a few searches.
