Very thankful to have found you folks.
After my "commercial" propane BBQ rusted out after 1 1/2 years of use, I tossed it to the curb and finally saw the light - I guess lighter is more accurate - and adopted a beautiful black One-Touch dream machine.
The science and art of briquettes / charcoal / direct / indirect is all a dream at this point and it's going to take some interesting meals to learn the basics. Still, the difference between grilled and gassed is appreciated by all and things can only get better from this point on as I crawl up the learning curve.
Looking forward to learn from all you wise folks here and thanks for having me.
