Hey guys,

Just sampled the pulled pork butt from the wsm.
The best i "ever" had. followed you guys advise
and it worked "great". Had planned to take it to the family gathering a 4 P.M., but i just might "keep" it.

Jerry, Congrats on your first cook. Pulled pork is one of the easiest, tastiest and cheapest cooks you can do. I find that the WSM "helps" the family budget as it is much cheaper than going out to eat.

Becareful where you take pork butts. We did Pork Butts for this weekends grad party. Well needless to say I had none left over and 5 offers to cater more partys. Best compliment ya can git.
