How are you keeping the temperature around one 60–1 70 for jerky?
Is that the only call that you have in there? 8 to 10 pieces.I fill water pan & only light about 8 or 10 briquettes. Close 2 bottom vents & crack 3rd & then adjust top vent as needed. It's usually closed over half way too. I usually can maintain about 180*
