One of my top 10 meals right there....I love me some snitsel. I do prefer the flour-->eggwash--->breadcrumbs coating. And veal vs Pork is actually really close. But to order a Snitzel in germany that covers 2/3´ds of the plate is just AWESOME. Really nice work Bill! Could eat that 7 days a week.
