Do you know where your Whole Beef Round Tip roast is at? I have a 10.7 pounder on right now. Had one last Sunday and it was very good. I cooked it to well done for the wife, this one is coming off at medium or med-well. Slice it up for sandwich's. Seeing that I love beef and the cost of roast beef at the deli is just outrages, this thing is a bargin at a little over $2 a pound, and the fact that it taste MUCH better. A little Texas rub, JD smoke wood and we're set for some good eating for football this after. Get'em at Costcos.
