Is there a way to calibrate the Maverick ET-73?

I just got the Maverick ET-73 and found something quite annoying. The readings from the food probe is always 4 degrees more than the readings from the smoker probe when in the same environment. I know the difference is very small but for some reason it just bugs me.

Is there a way to calibrate the readings so that there is no difference between the two readings when in the same environment?

Short answer is it does not matter. Mine are a couple of different too. An inch or two away can make a real diff. in temps.
