Well, spent the weekend on Watts Bar lake and in the end, introduced my brother in law (New Braunfels owner) to the WSM. Did two Butts and some ABT's. Put the butts on (used Minion method) at 11PM EDT. Took em off at around 6 pm EDT. Served em up and everyone that showed up to eat before we got on the boat to go listen to music, raved about the meat. It was a perfect experience and I'm getting more comfortable with controlling my heat. Left it at the lake so I'll HAVE to get another one for the house.......
