injector questions

what do you guys and ladies use in your whole roasting chicken to give it more juice. And what else do you use the injector for, Brisket, Pork Butt any thing else?
 
I prefer brining poultry, but that is me. Brining gives you very moist meat and at the same time allows you to add nice flavor elements as well such as lemon zest, spices, fresh herbs or aromatics, etc.
 
What David sez. I'll bet that over half of our members brine their poultry and/or leaner pork.

That would make an interesting poll. Chris?
