Well, darn. The the UPS tracking info sez the WSM is still in their warehouse near our beloved Lost Wages, McCarran Int'l Airport. Since last night I have had two butterflied chickens ziplocked w/ Wishbone Italian (thought the cooker would get to me today--wishful thinking [Wishbone-head thinking?]).
Tomorrow, tomorrow, I love you . . . never mind. The cooker WILL arrive tommorrow. To the point: to increase the moistnesss of the meat is apple juice a good choice for injecting into butterflied chicken breasts or should I inject some vegetable oil also?
