Attended the crazy humdinger of a game last night. Rockies -- Dodgers.
Saw Ohtani hit a 476 foot homer to dead center. Longest homer of the season.
Then saw the Rockies CF snag an Ohtani liner with a full Superman layout dive. ESPN Top Ten play. Saves a triple and two RBIs.
Top of 9th, Rockies lead 9-4. Dodger bounces a grand slam off the "fair" pole to make it 9-8.
The two outs, two strikes. Dodger check swings, first base ump calls it a ball. Clear blown call on the video. Rockies manager goes crazy and gets tossed.
Next pitch, 3 run homer. Dodgers win 11-9.
Even for a Coors Field game, it was bat stuff crazy.
