Okay, I'm new here and you've probably heard this all before, but; I've owned several off-set smokers that were more elaborate, larger and more $$$$,but none gave me the ease and quality that todays first attempt yielded on my WSM!!! It's like there's a temperature control knob on this smoker and you can do no wrong! Todays menu was beer-can chicken and beef(my favorite)ribs. Can you say perfection? I knew that you could! Dang did I miss MIM! Life is good!!
