Ignitor Module compabibilty

Would any members happen to know if the '09 Spirit ignitor module that comes in the Weber 91360 kit, CPI part # 1836-32 work as a replacement module in a late 2000's Genesis with the controls on the side shelf, CPI part #1819-51. I know the compatible button would have to be used with the new module.
 
Most all of the are the same. Only difference being length of the wire(s)

Another difference is that some of them are clipped in,

In this instance it's a battery operated module. The unit for the Genesis clips in, the module I'm hoping to take from an 09 Spirit Ignitor kit secures in place to the control panel with a threaded plastic washer. It also has a small rubber flange around the portion that the battery goes in and the starter button threads on to that is probably to minimize damp getting at the module.

I've emailed Channel Products that made the ignitors for Weber and am awaiting a response.
