If 2 briskets take me 12 - 13 hours...

...how long do you think 3 briskets, each on it's own rack, would take on the WSM? Any ideas?

I would figure at least 16, I know I can hold it a few hours if I need to, or could foil if you need to speed up the cook. Air movement is the deciding factor, if the 3 briskets cut the movement too much the time will be increased.
