Grandson wanted salmon for his b/day supper. I put a half side of salmon from Norway on with a nice rub and brown sugar hickory glaze. I know it would have been outstanding but ever since having Schmuks nearly kill me because they cut up chicken on the same board with no proper sanitation I've not been able to touch it. I know how to cook it reliably but I can't even taste it
Grandson had his b/day supper, me and da boss had a ribeye. Treated ourselves to prime ribeye. Put Big Z to work on the fish and the ribeye, and finished the ribeye on the Ninja. But that salmon looked like I hit a grand slam
