I will never JUST cook a couple slabs again !!

I did my first WSM rib cook a couple weeks ago and did 3 slabs . We stuck one slab in the frezer to see how they would do . Soo tonight Iam griiling some chicken thighs and the wife says here warm up this half slab they were frozen solid and in just like 15 minutes I had great ribs !
I gotta say the ribs were as GOOD if not BETTER than they were the day I cooked them . When I do ribs I will be loading my WSM 22 full . and befor winter I will have enough pulled pork brisket and what have you and ribs to do me until spring . None a that freeze my @#$%^& off smoking even if I gotta buy myself another freezer

My wife uses one of those sealer machines and then puts them in a heavy duty zip lock bag overkill maybe but we never get any freezer burn on our food long term . been freezing everything like that for yrs . So I wouldn't expect any problem with Q

I used to cook in a Restaurant where we would bake ribs 40 racks at a time then freeze them wrapped in cellophane and then nuke them from frozen for 5 minutes throw them in hot BBQ sauce for a few minutes then caramelize under the broiler. People liked our ribs. Go figure.
