Hi All,
And it's only 25 miles from my house! After doing a successful pork butt on my 22.5 WSM I feel brave enough to try a brisket for the first time this labor day weekend.
I started doing research on the cook to day and realized that, as with most beef, the quality is much more important than say for pork. This is when I Googled Angus brisket purveyors in my area and found this article:

The company is in Tampa, so it's a 25 minute drive for me and best of all, it seems they sell to individuals. If so, I will put my order in tomorrow for a Meyer's Prime Angus Brisket
