I Need leftover Butt recipes

Anyone have recipes for leftover pulled pork. My wife and I can eat only so many sandwiches. I know some of you use it in beans or I can freeze it. How about using it in a pasta dish? Anything will help.

-make a pea soup, toss in pp after cooking the soup but while the soup is still warm (if you boil the pp too much it will fall apart into little stringies)

-make some baked beans, in the smoker or out

np, I make a potatoe sour cream green onion soup with veggie or ham stock ... that would work too, same thing, add the pp at the end
