You can either purchase or build extension cables for the Stoker probes. This allows you to leave the main unit indoors and just run your extension out to the probes which greatly reduces your weather risks. I don't run multiple smokers yet, but I do know I've seen others mention running multiple smokers with one Stoker. The current Stokerlog program from Amir would not allow you to control two smokers, but the built in web interface should handle it. Other features such as ramp down and auto lid detect are available through Stokerlog as well.
