My brother in-law ask me, can you smoke me a butt for work? Well I said yes and this is the one he brought me.

10lb 11 oz butt that is and he said, I want it done in that infrare cooker of your since you talk about it all the time.
So here it is
All rubbed and ready to go into the SRG

Six hours later (yes six hours) it never takes six hours

INFRARED cooking has really been my thing for sometime but I want to look into a WSM for low and slow but in a different way then you guys are use to. I'll explane later
