I've been pretty lucky swapping out expired tanks at Home Depot. They seem to have new (or very recent) Amerigas tanks in their exchange program. Disposing of expired tanks is $10 here.
While not 20# fills, I get rid of some ratty-looking expired tank for a new-looking one for short money. Now I can put the new tanks back into refill rotation for short money.

Although the apparently unique to Skylines swing condiment tray is a very neat feature, I find that it kind of gets in the way when putting a cover on.
This is my solution, but there’s got to be a better one. Am I missing something?
Maybe paint the spring black and forget it?
