I got a boneless pork shoulder and I am cooking tonight. Boneless?

I got a "boneless pork shoulder" from Costco. I usually get my PB at sam's with bone in. I assume that this is a PB? without the bone it is kind of flappy. Not sure if I like this.
 
Joseph, I use the Costco pork all the time, and yes, they do really mutilate it. I usually use some 100% cotton twine to tie it into a cohesive mass; others here just plop it onto the smoker, sort of packing it together somewhat without tying. We all, though, do get good results.
