Dealing with my charcoal cookers was getting painful as my back has gotten worse. In November I thought of the SmokeFire as a possible replacement for everything. If I wanted to keep cooking for, hopefully, many more years I needed something different than what I had. By July I was finally convinced by owners' posts on this forum that it was time to commit. Yesterday I completed the sale of my 14.5" WSM and that's my last piece of charcoal cooking gear. I am delighted with my EX6 for grilling and smoking and it's much easier on my back. Next week I'm making pulled Pork for my Grandson's wedding reception and I'm keeping my Camp Chef as a backup. After the wedding I'm selling the CC. No regrets, time to move on for the next chapter in my life.
