Do you ever get a hankering for an extra-spicy sausage sandwich or two?

I just returned from my friendly neighborhood sausage maker, the same one that just so happens to make the very best sausage in the world. Quite a statement, I know, but I'm not the only one that thinks this.

Tonight I'm grillin' up some Louisiana Hots for myself and some Smoked Chicken & Apples for the wife. Buns slathered with mustard, topped with diced onion and pickles and served up with lots of my wife's homemade 'tater salad, it doesn't get better than this. Oh yeah, beer... almost forgot. :p
