Hello all,
First time poster, although I've used these forums and the site a bunch in the past for recipes and tips. I've decided to join and get a bit more involved, as I recently completed the trifecta and bought a 18.5 WSM to go with my E-330 gas and the old reliable 22.5 kettle. I've done some of the beginner recipes for the WSM from the site with pretty good results. I'm going to get into some of the more advanced stuff, and figured it would be good if I could post up and get some advice. Thanks for having me!

the really cool thing about this site, no matter how long a guy's been grillin' or smokin', you STILL learn new stuff from this joint everyday.
